Each Monarc garment is a made-for-one commission, individually measured, constructed, and finished to your precise specifications. For this reason, all bespoke Monarc pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If your garment arrives with any issue related to fit or craftsmanship, your assigned Monarc Clothier will work with you personally to ensure every detail meets our exacting standards. Our commitment is simple: every Monarc garment must embody the quality, comfort, and precision that define our name.

Delivery & Shipping

Because every Monarc commission is made-to-order, delivery times vary based on fiber selection, garment complexity, and customization details. Most bespoke knitwear requires 8–12 weeks from initial fitting to completion.

Each finished piece is carefully inspected, hand-finished, and presented in archival Monarc packaging, then shipped securely via insured express courier. You’ll receive detailed tracking updates and a confirmation once your heirloom piece begins its journey to you.

For international clients, customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Garment Care

Monarc Vicuña™ is nature’s rarest and most delicate fiber—crafted to last generations when properly cared for. We recommend minimal cleaning and gentle maintenance to preserve its natural integrity.

• Dry clean only, using a specialist experienced with luxury fibers such as vicuña or cashmere.

• Avoid hanging knit garments; instead, store them folded in a cool, dry place.

• Use acid-free tissue or natural fabric bags for long-term storage.

• Avoid contact with perfumes, oils, and prolonged sunlight exposure.
